Our agents are all licensed and active, however the majority do not work in real estate on a regular basis. Some of our agents are retired, some have relocated out of state, others work full-time, and still others simply want to keep their license active without the burden of joining a full-service brokerage and paying high dues and fees.
A: No. You will not be required to join any Association or Board of Realtors® at all.
A: Absolutely! The majority of our agents refer deals to real estate agents all around the country. You'd be amazed how many people you know are trying to buy or sell real estate in Florida or elsewhere in the United States. It's simple to connect a consumer to a local real estate agent, and real estate referrals are big business!
A: The industry standard is usually 25% of the gross commission earned by the brokerage you referred the customer to when the deal closes.

A: No. There is a small annual fee of $75 to stay active.
A: Absolutely! Many of our agents have moved out of Florida and continue making money in real estate.
A: That's okay! We handle everything online. Our main office is located in Fort Myers. We have many agents from all parts of Florida. As long as you have a Florida real estate license you can join.
A: By 'hanging' or 'parking' your license, you will keep it active, allowing you to legally receive commissions on real estate transactions. Any consumers or leads can be referred to active real estate agents who will handle the full transaction from beginning to end. You will be paid a referral fee at the conclusion of the deal.
